If the machine is currently covered by its warranty period, our service team will repair your ID Card Printer in-house free of charge. After the warranty period has ended, service and repairs are available for customers with a Service and Repair Plan. For more details about our plans, click here.

Do you need assistance with printer or software issues?
Sign up for a Telephone Service Contract to receive remote support from our sales team. No need to wait for an engineer to visit the site. CardPresso and Edikio firmware and drivers can be upgraded remotely & we can resolve any print or software issue you are experiencing. Click here to find out more.
Replacements, Refunds, and Trade-in's
If the good you have purchased is faulty, it can be returned free of charge and we will provide you with a replacement. Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All packaging & accessories must be in the condition initially supplied for a full refund. Trade-ins are welcome so if you are looking for an upgrade, get in touch with us and we can offer you a deal.
